Program interests, preferred class days, and language preferences.
Registration, enrollment, attendance, and assessment information.

Parent or guardian information for students participating in youth programs.

How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, process registrations, arrange classes, provide educational services, track participation and progress, and communicate about our programs.
Communications may include enrollment confirmations, class schedules, attendance reminders, payment reminders, closures, and program updates.
We may also use program information to meet administrative and grant-reporting requirements. When possible, reporting uses combined or de-identified information.
Text Messaging and Consent
With your permission, RTS may send text messages concerning the programs you have expressed interest in or enrolled in, including ESL and adult education.
Providing a phone number or completing an interest form does not automatically enroll you in recurring text messages. We obtain SMS consent separately.
Message frequency varies based on enrollment and program activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services or participating in a program.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Sharing Information
We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety or rights of participants, staff, or others.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own use. Providers that deliver messages on our behalf may process this information only to support that service.
Information Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it for their work. No electronic system can guarantee complete security.
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable legal, financial, and grant requirements.
Children’s Information
Youth program information should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Our website is not intended for children under 13 to independently submit personal information.
If you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate parental involvement, please contact us.
